The pillow filling is made of extremely soft, open-cell foam. In order to maintain the excellent properties of this material in the long term, the cushion should be cared for and cleaned in accordance with the material.

The best way to clean the cushions is to wash them with a commercially available mild detergent at temperatures up to 60° C. It is not advisable to use washing additives that contain a lot of chlorine or are chemically aggressive. A brownish discoloration of the foam cannot be avoided, but this does not result in any loss of quality.

After washing and rinsing, remove as much water as possible using the spin cycle. It is best to let the drained pillow air dry on a rack. The cushion can also be tumble dried at up to 60°C, but avoid overdrying.

In order for the pillow to retain its shape over the long term, it must be shaken regularly.

Covering fabric

The cover is machine washable at 60°C or can be dry cleaned. After washing, let the cover air dry on a rack, please do not put it in the dryer. If necessary, iron at low temperature.

For simple, uncomplicated cleaning in between, simply vacuum the fabric with an upholstery brush.
